ICEC was engaged to undertake the electrical scope of works for a new speculative suite located in the iconic 1 Chifley Square Building in the heart of Sydney.
The tenancy showcased extensive feature lighting throughout the open areas integrated into architectural ceiling details and joinery details. The new suite also required Commscope Cat6 communications cabling and power provision to new workstations, new exit and emergency fittings and a switchboard upgrade.
