ICEC was engaged to complete the electrical scope of works for a commercial office fitout spanning across two floors and three tenancies at 130 Pitt St in the heart of the Sydney CBD.
The tenancy showcased extensive feature lighting throughout the open areas integrated into exposed ceiling and joinery details. Cat6 communications cabling and power provisions were installed to over 100 new workstations and new meter panels and a switchboard were installed to service the new power requirements of the tenancies.
