ICEC was engaged by Axiom Workplaces for the supply and installation of the electrical & communications infrastructure for the new Coleman Greig Office, located in the landmark 32 Smith St building, Parramatta CBD. The project compromised of over 100 workstations and 12 Meeting Rooms and various smaller office spaces.
A KNX automated lighting system was implemented enabling users to regulate and manage lighting levels, create customized lighting scenes, and the option to integrate lighting with other building systems such as heating, ventilation, and security. The system was integrated with sensors and detectors to automatically adjust lighting based on natural light availability and occupancy detection, providing energy efficiency by optimising lighting usage and reducing energy consumption.
