ICEC was engaged by Axiom Workplaces to complete the electrical works for the new Elmo Cloud Headquarters located in the heart of the Sydney CBD on Level 27 and 28, and then again for the development and expansion to Level 12.
An exposed ceiling in the breakout was integrated with feature lighting, whilst power, communications services and general lighting were provided to the new workstation areas.
A C-BUS lighting control system was implemented to enhance convenience and support the reduction of energy consumption by enabling efficient scheduling and sensor-based automation.
