ICEC was engaged to undertake the electrical scope of works for a new Speculative Suite.
New Panduit Cat6 UTP communications cabling and power provisions were installed to new workstation areas and LED lighting was seamlessly integrated into joinery details in the Breakout, Utilities and Reception areas.
The suite provides the future tenant with specifically zoned areas for collaboration, meetings and focused work, which is balanced with a generous back of house kitchen and breakout area.
