ICEC was engaged by Axiom Workplaces to undertake the electrical services works of a new commercial office fitout in the Sydney CBD.
The space features various work zones, ranging from conventional workstations in back-of-house areas to collaborative lounges and breakout spaces. These options provide staff with the freedom to choose and adapt their work style according to their preferences.
The scope included new Cat6 communications and power provisions to a variety of different workstation areas and feature lighting throughout the tenancy. A C-BUS lighting control system was implemented to enhance convenience and support the reduction of energy consumption by enabling efficient scheduling and sensor-based automation.
