ICEC was engaged by Cadence & Co. to undertake the electrical scope of works involved in an extensive renovation of this prestige residential estate in the Southern Highlands. The renovation involved upgrades to the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms and wet areas throughout the main house and guest house, construction of a new onsite gym and landscaping works.
This meticulously crafted home was enhanced by the implementation of new architectural lighting throughout, integrated joinery lighting and landscape lighting.
The newly reimagined spaces were complimented by updates to underfloor heating in the bathroom and guest house, heated towel rails and premium appliances in the kitchen.
The end result – a successful collaboration between ICEC and Cadence & Co. to produce the highest quality of workmanship complimenting the premium finishes and calibre of design.
